Our website is powered by Shopify. This policy covers BOLDEE's privacy practices; Shopify's own practices are explained in the Shopify privacy resources linked below. If our Terms of Service conflict with this policy about personal information, this policy controls on that subject.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with BOLDEE. Personal information means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include information that has been de-identified so it cannot reasonably be linked to you.

3. Email subscriptions

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary non-promotional messages relating to an order, account, or customer service request. We may retain information needed to record and honor your unsubscribe preference.
